The brass frame has a nice heft to it, and the round face swivels smoothly enough that I can flip from normal to magnified without it wobbling. Took a minute to adjust the column height, but now it sits perfectly on my dresser and doesn’t slide around.
The square base with those little silicone feet stays put even on my hardwood floor, which I didn’t expect from a mirror this tall. The double face is perfect for getting a close-up on one side and a full view on the other, and the brass feels solid without being overly heavy.
