The dyed-tip goat bristles pick up powder foundation evenly without dumping too much on my skin, which is exactly what I needed. It’s soft enough that I don’t feel any scratchiness, though I wish the handle were a bit longer for more control.

The goat hair bristles are soft enough that they don't scratch, and they do pick up powder foundation evenly. That said, the handle feels a bit lightweight and the brush sheds a few hairs every time I use it, which is annoying but not a dealbreaker. It works fine for a quick dusting, just don't expe
